Women’s Wellness Flagship 9-Step Launch Roadmap

Health as a Place.

The roadmap to open your first women’s wellness flagship.

Hi. This is just a quick and simple plan i put together as a way to map out the goals and keep a few main building blocks in mind :)

Choose Space Organize-Fund-Build Grow
1

The start — Find the Space

Goal: Pick a place that feels right and has the right rent.

You only need to do 3 things:

  • • Look at a few spaces with your broker.
  • • Compare the rent to what you want to earn.
  • • Pick the one that feels best and still pencils.

➡️ Everything else (zoning, paperwork, details) comes later and gets handled step by step.
➡️ This step should feel exciting, not stressful.

2

Step 2 — Get 2–3 Construction Estimates

Goal: Make sure the build-out won’t surprise you later.

Ask each contractor just three questions:

  • • “What’s your rough estimate to build this?”
  • • “How long would it take?”
  • • “Any big issues you see with this space?”

➡️ You do not need final plans yet.
➡️ You’re just getting a general price window so your numbers are real, not guessed.

3

Step 3 — Build a Simple Money Plan

Goal: Understand what it costs vs. what it makes.

AI can build 80% of this for you. You just enter:

  • • Rent.
  • • Build-out cost.
  • • Expected members + beauty services.

AI then creates:

  • • A 12-month projection.
  • • A clear break-even point.
  • • A “safe range” for spending.

➡️ You do not need to be a “numbers person.” AI does the heavy lifting; you make calm decisions.

4

Step 4 — Secure the Money (Without Stress)

Goal: Make sure there’s enough funding to finish and open smoothly.

Do this in order:

  • • Apply for an SBA loan (most predictable core funding).
  • • Get a line of credit (acts as a buffer).
  • • Collect founding member deposits (presales memerships for cash flow).
  • • Main point of funding - Investors adn partners (once you have the plan you can sell it as it is a viable and porfitable model).

➡️ The simple rule: fund the build-out plus at least 3 months of runway so nothing feels tight.

5

Step 5 — Start the Build-Out

Goal: Turn the empty space into your wellness home.

While the build happens, you only:

  • • Check in once a week.
  • • Approve simple choices (floor, lighting, layout).
  • • Keep the contractor on the agreed timeline.

➡️ This is where most owners panic—really, it’s just routine check-ins and clear yes/no decisions.

6

Step 6 — Pre-Sell Memberships & Beauty Packages

Goal: Build excitement and secure early revenue.

Keep it very simple:

  • • One “Founding Membership” offer.
  • • One “Beauty Starter Pack.” (Included a beauty bar in the model for revenue Opp. but still a health space 100%)
  • • One email list + landing page.
  • • One open-house walk-through during build-out.

➡️ You don’t need complicated funnels. A clear offer + a beautiful space is enough.

7

Step 7 — Hire the Core Team

Goal: Build a warm, positive, reliable team.

Hire just three positions at first:

  • • Aesthetician.
  • • Instructor.
  • • Front desk lead.

➡️ You don’t need a big staff. Start lean; add people as demand grows.

8

Step 8 — Open Softly

Goal: Practice, fix small issues, and get comfortable.

Run a 1–2 week soft opening for:

  • • Friends.
  • • Founding members.
  • • Early email subscribers.
  • • A few aligned influencers.

➡️ Use this to adjust flow, timing, and little details—before you “go loud.”

9

Step 9 — Grand Opening (Simple & Calm)

Goal: Begin full operations with clarity and confidence.

On opening day, do just three things:

  • • Open the doors.
  • • Run the schedule as planned.
  • • Maintain consistency week after week.

➡️ From here, the brand grows naturally from reputation, retention, and the space you’ve created.

The walk through is just address and keep from this list bellow

Even though this reads easily, it still quietly eliminates the biggest risks:

  • • The #1 reason projects fail: construction surprises.
  • • The #2 reason owners panic: financial uncertainty.
  • • The #3 cause of weak openings: no pre-sale.
  • • The #4 cause of burnout: over-hiring too early.
  • • The #5 cause of delays: no basic execution flow.

You get all of the safety, without the overwhelm.

Final summary

  1. Find the space.
  2. Get a few construction estimates.
  3. Use AI to build a simple money plan.
  4. Secure the funding.
  5. Start construction.
  6. Pre-sell memberships & beauty packages.
  7. Hire the core team.
  8. Do a soft opening.
  9. Open fully.

Tape this on the wall. If you’re moving one step at a time down this list, you’re on track.
